Bronx Native, Doley Bernays Debuts His Director Skills In New Video, “Pre-Game”

Bronx native, Doley Bernays uses symbolic metaphors, life changing events and his dreams to share an intriguing story. Bernays slipped in a quiet release of his single, “We All Sin Here” with the song only being included in Netflix’s The After Party. With no major debuts, this track was streamed over 2 million times. It’s obvious he is not your ordinary independent artist but more of a innovative creative with a rare vision to elate our culture through his astute rhymes.
Bernays soulful lyrics tells insightful stories about his character and what he has experienced. His records constantly reveal more about himself in discreet ways. In each new song he creativity sheds another layer that effortlessly obtains your attention. Bernays now releases the self-directed video for “Pregame,” the newest single following his most recent record,  “We All Sin Here” which was featured in the Netflix’s original movie, The After Party. 
The visuals is shot by Domm and edited by Ricardo “NUHTHING” Alvarez . “Pregame” is an introduction to the Bronx emcee’s perspective on balancing his expectations of himself with the expectations of others. With Sons of Sonix producers Moses Samuels and Michael Akinkinmi who have production credits from UK’s own Stormzy, LA native Ty Dolla $ign, and most recently J-LO’s latest single “Medicine” providing the laid-back beat followed by his calm unique lyrical flow, “Pre-game” displays how this prominent artist ready for the next level.
